Agnes Carolyn Hall, 91, of Heatherwood Retirement Community, Honey Brook, PA, died on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the Hickory House Nursing Home.  She was the wife of the late Gaither C. Hall who died in 2003. Born in Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Kelly and Florence Morgan Icard. She was a graduate of Hickory High School in Hickory, NC. In 1957, Agnes and her husband moved to Philadelphia where she was active with the Mayfair Conwell Baptist Church.



She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn, wife of Edward Walsh of East Fallowfield, three granddaughters; Laura Lechner of Aldie, VA, Lori Giglotti of Ashburn, VA and Aimee Sheets of West Caln, PA, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two siblings; Clifford and Katherine.



Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 11:00 am from the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church, 1121 Octorara Trail, Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from the church from 10 to 11:00 am.

Aileen and I were so sorry to hear about Aunt Agnes. We had so many good times together with her and Uncle Charles when they would come down south.
