Nancy A. Jones

Nancy A. Jones, 85, of Atglen, PA, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at Newport Meadows Nursing home in Christiana, PA. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late John I. Newswanger and Ruth Ritter Newswanger.

Nancy was an area resident all her life and a 1958 graduate of the Octorara Area High School. She was employed by Penquin Industries, Inc. in Sadsburyville as an assembly worker.

She was a member of the Christiana United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two children; Jennifer J. Turner and husband Rick of Atglen and Bruce R. Jones and wife Kelly Wood Jones of Narvon, PA, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and one brother Jerry Newswanger and wife Jackie of Christiana, PA.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
