Krista Lynn Smith, 53, of Benderville, PA, formerly of Westwood, PA, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025 at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Theodore A. Smith of Pocopson and the late Ruth Ann Gehring Smith.

Krista was born and raised in Westwood, PA. She was a 1990 graduate of the Coatesville Area High School.

She is survived, in addition to her father, by one brother Theodore A. Smith, Jr. and wife Cynthia of Lancaster, one niece Amanda Smith, two nephews Nicholas and Dominic Smith and companion James Coover. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Samuel and Margaret Gehring.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Seven Dolors Cemetery, Limestone Road and Cemetery Roads, Parkesburg, PA.
