Edna Margaret Lamana

Edna Margaret Lamana, 88, of Oxford, PA, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 15, 2025. She was the wife of the late Daniel Lamana, Jr. who died in 2024. They shared over 67 years of marriage. Born in Phoenix Park, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward Summers and Ida Naomi Kahney Summers.

Edna lived in Philadelphia most of her life. She was employed by the former Marsha's Shoe Store in Philadelphia retiring as store manager.

She is survived by one daughter, Tina Lamana D’Alonzo of Oxford, PA, daughter-in-law Susan Lamana of Oxford, PA, seven grandchildren Diana Clevenstine, Tina Harris, Maria and Alyssa Lamana, Nicole Wiley, and Danielle Lamana, and 13 great-grandchildren Diana Nicole, Lexi, Gabby, Bella, Bianca, Guiliana, Dj,Ariana, Anthony, Lucian,

Carson, and 3 great great grandchildren Calvin, Julian, and Cici. She was preceded in death by one son, Daniel E. Lamana, and 11 siblings.

She had one of the kindest and forgiving hearts, she put everyone in her family first, always wanting us to know how much she loved us. If you came to visit she made sure you were fed that is just the kind of person she was. you know her you just love her. She loved sitting in her chair, watching the birds, spending time with her children and grandchildren and hearing about their days and their accomplishments no matter big or small. There isn’t a person I know that met my grandmother and didn’t just love her. That’s just the kind of person she was. She will be missed by so many people.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
