Frank Colson Andrews II, 95, of Parkesburg, PA, passed away at his home on Monday, October 23, 2023.  He was the husband of the late Judy Johnson Andrews, with whom he spent 50 years of marriage, she passed away in 2016.  Born in Valley Forge, PA, he was the son of the late George M. and Helen Hipelius Andrews.

Prior to living in Parkesburg, Frank lived in Valley Forge, Malvern, and Tennessee.  He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #75 of Phoenixville, American Legion Post 865 and VFW Post 4480 in Parkesburg, PA and Post 7418 in Gap, PA.

Frank loved being on the water. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, and traveling. He was an avid guitar and banjo player and was a skilled luthier for over 30 years. He was a huge country music fan. Frank had his private pilots license and enjoyed spending time in the air flying his plane.

He is survived by his children, Frank C.Andrews III of Tennessee, Barbara Andrews Christy (BarryLee) of Pottstown,PA, David (Miriam) Andrews of Michigan, step-daughter Tammy (Charlie) Brogan of West Chester, PA, and step-daughter Terry (Rick) Lawton of Parkesburg, 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his son, Steven R. Andrews and William R. Andrews (Jeanne Andrews) as well as his ex-wife Barbara A. Gregg.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. from the Wilde Funeral Home, Parkesburg, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. (Masonic services will beheld at 10:45 a.m.) Interment with military honors to follow at Glen Run Cemetery, Atglen, PA.
