Linda D. Adams

Linda D Adams, 79, of Gap PA, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021, in Chatham, PA

Born in Burke's Garden, Virginia, she was the daughter of Clyde D. Dillow and Daisy Mae Baumgardner Dillow.

She was a 1961 graduate of the Downingtown Area School District.

She worked in the cafeteria of Unionville High School, earning the reputation of being the 'cool' lunch lady, as she would talk and joke with the students and faculty alike. She then went on to be employed by various automobile dealers, the last being Hyundai of Downingtown. She enjoyed going to the beach with friends and being outdoors caring for the flower beds and garden. She enjoyed the company of the cats and spoiled them on a regular basis.

She is survived by a son, David M Adams, of Gap PA; siblings, Phyllis Proctor of Oxford, PA, Debi Honer of Cochranville, PA, Doll of Downingtown, PA, Danny Dillow of Flinton, PA, Larry Dillow of Ephrata, PA, J. Russell Dillow of Mortonville, PA, Mike Dillow of Morton, PA and her four cats, Snickers, Abby, Tabby, and Snowflake.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Willard C Adams, in 2006.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
