Tom & Tia:

You were blessed to have a father so special and caring.  We were so honored to have known your dad, seeing him at numerous family gatherings in West Chester.  In times of loss and sadness, let the memories of your wonderful father bring you comfort.  Those memories never die, and only get sweeter in time.

We moved in across the street from George three weeks ago. I was outside and saw him strutting toward me, all decked out in Red, White, & Blue. He stretched out a warm handshake and said, "Welcome to the neighborhood! I'm George." I said, "Nice to meet you, George. My name is Dick." He said, "How are you, Dick?" I said, "I'm a blessed man!" His reply: "Hallelujah!!! Praise the Lord!! Are you a believer?" I assured him I am — 100%!

I was so thrilled to learn that we had a Brother in the Lord as a neighbor! George went in the hospital a few days later. We spoke only once more by phone before his passing.

I pray for his family during this time of grief. However, we can rejoice in the fact that George was welcomed by the open arms of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. And George, enjoy your second honeymoon with your wife Kathryn!
