Anna E. Ross, 94, of Quarryville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in Lancaster, PA.  She was the wife of the late Harold A. Ross who passed away in 2020.  Born in Lancaster County she was the daughter of the late B. Roy and Elizabeth R. Shaubach Witmer.

Anna worked as a seamstress for Tidy Kins Sewing and was a member of the Wakefield Bible Church in Peach Bottom.

She is survived by a son, Harold R. Ross, husband of Susan of Quarryville, five grandchildren; Jenny, Julie, Steven, Emily, and Andy, nine great grandchildren; Connor, Ben, Marly ,Steven Jr., Cameron, Lena, Avrie, Olivia and Mackenzie.

Mom loved her family and was always present at any function.  She will be greatly missed.  She had a great love for her Savior, Jesus Christ.  As we were saying good-bye, mom was telling each one that she wanted to see all of us in heaven.  Her last words were excerpts from II Peter 3:9.  "God is not willing that any should perish but that all would come to Him."  If we heed her advice, we'll see her again.

Special thanks to hospice and the staff at Lancaster General Hospital for the wonderful care you gave mom.  May the Lord bless you and your God-given talents.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from the Wakefield Bible Church, 2310 Robert Fulton Hwy., Peach Bottom, PA, 17563, with visitation starting at 1:00 p.m.  Interment to follow at Mt. Eden Lutheran Cemetery in Quarryville.
