Alice D. Mack

Alice D. Mack, 81, of West Chester, passed away on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021.  She was the widow of the late Ross H. Mack, Sr., who passed away in 1999 after they had shared 42 years of marriage together.

Born in West Chester, Alice was the daughter of the late Anna R. (Menna) and Benjamin J. Wemett.  Alice was a Catholic by faith.  

Alice enjoyed yard sales, collecting jewelry, and antiques.  She enjoyed strawberry ice cream, cheesecake, and most pastries.  When her kids were growing up, she loved taking them to Kerr Park in Downingtown.

Most of all Alice loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her children: Deborah Carpenter, wife of Richard, of East Earl, Ross Howard Mack, Jr. of West Chester, Joseph Howard Mack of West Chester, Cheryl Moore, wife of Donald, of Honey Brook, Marlena Lynn Mack of West Chester, Frank Anthony Mack of Wilmington, DE, Monica Ann Mack of Coatesville, and Denise Marie Davis, wife of Ralph, of Honey Brook; 19 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild; and siblings, Patricia Carey of Ronks, Wanda Jacobs of Phoenixville and Dale Wemett of Paradise.  

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her children, Dena Marie Mack, Ronald Mack, and Lisa Ann Mack; siblings, Audry Dmytryk, Bernard Wemett, Jr., Phyllis Moosie, Randy Wemett and Betty Herr.    

Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside service on Friday, August 20th, 2021 at 11 AM at Glen Run Cemetery, 641 Lantz Road, Atglen, Pa. with Father Sean O’Neill officiating.
