Joanna L. Feaster, 56, of Paradise, PA passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Born in Wheeling West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. Hails and Eleanor Mae Hails.    She was the beloved wife of Edward Harvey Feaster with whom she shared 26 years of marriage.  

She was an active member of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses located in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. 

Joanna enjoyed spending time with her family, being outdoors, photography, painting, playing card games, fishing, trips to the Smoky Mountains, and cruising with her family and friends.  The two most important things in her life were her love for Jehovah and her family. She cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and her grandpup, Nitto.  

She is survived in addition to her husband by 5 children: Joshua Zohlman of Florida, Corey Feaster and wife Chelsea of Reading, PA, Sarah Zohlman of Paradise, PA, Kelly Reid and her late husband Jonathan Reid of Paradise, and Michael Zohlman and wife Taylor of Pequea, PA, one brother: William Hails of St. Pete, FL, Nephew: Aidan Hails of St. Pete, FL and four grandchildren: Brooke Reid, Evan Reid, Brody Feaster, and Olivia Feaster.  

Memorial services will be held on December 3, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 67 Octorara Rd., Parkesburg, PA, 19365. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation period taking place from (11:30-1:00 p.m) The funeral talk will also be available on zoom, for the zoom link information please contact the local Kingdom Hall at 610-857-3828.

What a beautiful person inside and out! Her love for live was amazing . So glad she had her dream to go Tennessee . My prayers for you Eddie my brother. My nieces and nephews and all our family. Joanna was faithful and loved Jehovah so much. Our prayers are with you all as we wait patiently to see her again in paradise.  Love you all

We were so sorry to hear of Joanna's passing. I didn't know her well but whenever we were together she was a warm hearted soul always smiling. Eddie, please know you and your family are in our prayers.

Dear Eddie and family,
We are so very sorry to hear this news. Lean on Jehovah for comfort with your whole heart. The time is coming when our loved ones will be resurrected into a paradise like we have never known and former death, pain and suffering will be no more. ~Revelation 21:1-4~

Joanna is a beautiful soul inside and out, we send our deepest condolences to the Feaster and Zohlman family during these painful times. Joanna was one of my family’s closest friends, we all love her more than words can ever express. She was amazing at photography and even took my graduation and wedding photos. She will be deeply missed, and we send all our love to her family.

Our hearts are heavy with grief and pain of losing Joanna. We know SOON her name will.be called along with all those in the memorial tombs and Ed she will come running into your arms again. She was a very beautiful woman, wife, mother, and faithful sister. We all, even now, miss her so. Our Love to both families.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry. !
