David Terry Willmott, 72, of Downingtown, PA, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 6, 2022.  He was the wonderful and loving husband of Patricia Kneib Willmott for over 39 years.  Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of the late Howard and Hazel Bernard Willmott.

David was a 1968 graduate of Coatesville Area High School (CASH) and was employed as a machinist at Accurate Tool in West Chester, and also at James Spring and Wire Company of Frazer and later worked for Comcast in Downingtown. He was a member of the former St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Coatesville. He was a member of the Downingtown VFW and he enjoyed shooting pool at the Polish Club.

He enjoyed hunting duriing deer season at the family cabin in Clinton County.  He had many hobbies such as photography, working with tools and watching his favorite TV show, "OnPatrol Live"! He was also very knowledgeable with computers.

Dave was a very kind and caring person, always ready to help everyone, but never wanted to ask anyone for help!  He was definitely a dog lover.  He will be missed by everyone.

He is survived by his wife, Patty, of Downingtown, and sisters, Shirley (Donald) Boohar of Modena, Janet (Gene) Chesnet of East Fallowfield, and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Howard "Budd" Willmott and his sister,  Tricia Martin.  Dave is alos the brother-in-law of the late Rick (Donna) Kneib of Coatesville and Linda (Dave) Eshleman of Downingtown. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Magic.
