Sharon L. Walton, 49, formerly of West Chester, PA, passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.  Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of Kay E. Moore Walton and the late Norman F. Walton Jr.

Sharon was a graduate of Coatesville Area High School, proud class of 1992 and worked for BanCorp Bank of Delaware and TD Bank North. She managed staff in the loan apps department.

She is survived by a son, Kyle M. Rollinson of Collegeville, PA, siblings, Dennis (Cheryl) Walton of Vermont, Brenda Walton of Collegeville, and Robert Walton of Carlisle, PA.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Norman F. Walton III. and her first son Justin Rollinson. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She had spent time with friends and family on various trips and events. The Niagara Falls of Canada, The Sight & Sound theaters. Sea World, Ocean City, The Disney Cruise which covered and hosted numerous events at various places both in and out at sea. She got the most enjoyment out of seeing the joy that came from those she brought with her. She spent personal trips with her son, such as Gatorland and Butterfly World alongside the rest. Ocean City was frequented, always accompanied by her son and others.

She was an extroverted person who would say what was on her mind. She had loved and cared for her father, Norman, when he was unwell. She watched over her son for her entire life and her father up until his death. She loved rain and especially storms. Rainy days were her sunny days, and she was sure to go outside to enjoy them. When it rains, she is smiling.

Condolences

It was a pleasure to work with Sharon at the Bancorp Bank. We worked in the same department. I was so saddened to hear of her passing. My prayers are with the family and especially her son Kyle who she loved and adored.
