Randolph "Randy"  Blake Buchanan, 60, of Coatesville, PA, passed away at his home on Friday, March 22, 2024.  He was the husband of the late Stephanie Buchanan. Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of Marjorie H. (Smith) Seiple and the late Allen Seiple.

Randy was a graduate of Coatesville Area School District and at one time owned and operated R&S Mowing Service along with his children. He was also a machine operator for Omega Flex in Exton, PA.

He was a real "social butterfly"  who considered his family more than just those related by blood. Randy loved nothing more than helping a friend no matter the problem at hand, He was an avid tinkerer and jack of all trades. He loved tattoo's and riding his Harley even in the rain. Nothing made him smile more than spoiling and talking about his cat Puss Puss.

He is survived by his mother Marjorie H. (Smith) Seiple, his cat companion Puss Puss Buchanan of Coatesville, Pa, a daughter, Amanda Daley of Camp Hill, PA, grandchildren; Riley Buchanan, Matthew Buchanan, Payton Daley, and Stephen Daley, siblings; Edith Snyder, Elizabeth Roberts, and Bill Buchanan.  He was preceded in death by his father Allen Seiple, his wife Stephanie Buchanan, a son Randy Buchanan Jr. and a brother Bobby Buchanan.

The hardest part of any friendship is when its time to say goodbye. Saying goodbye to someone can be painful when you know you will never say hello again. Like everything in life, don't take things for granted....cherish your hello's.

We believe Randy was not one to grieve so don’t grieve for him nor speak of him with tears, but laugh and talk of him as if he were beside you. Raise cup and remember all the good times with a smile.

Rest Dear Friend Rest

Amanda So sorry with your loss of your dad, our friend Randy. We also miss your mother and brother deeply. We were so thrilled when we were able to work it out for your mom and Dad to purchase our house.  Your family were just great people and neighbors. From never owned a boat, then first time out and hitting a sandbar throwing you all out into the water.  Your dad pulling you on a sled in the summer with a four-wheeler. Your Dad would always willingly help me with anything. We had each other's back then. Lori got you your first big girl bathing suit and Randy said, (What the hell!)  then busted up laughing.  So many good days. Connect with us if we can help you in anyway. They will always be looking over you, count us in to!  Love Ken and Lori.
