Lois B. Stoltzfus

Lois B. Stoltzfus, 76, of Cochranville, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center.  She was the wife of Abner S. Stoltzfus for 36 years.  Born in Pomeroy she was the daughter of the late Artemis and Anna MacDonald Townsend.

 
She was a graduate of Scott High School and had lived in this area all her life.  She was a member of Manor Presbyterian Church and the Cochranville Fire Company Ladies Auxillary.
 
In addition to her husband she is survived by the following children; Rick King and Dale Stoltzfus both of Coatesville, Ronald King of Bath, NY, Gail Stoltzfus of Lancaster, Carol McGhee and Albert Stoltzfus both of Quarryville , Debra Wertz of Christiana, 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a brother, John Townsend of Pocopson.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Gregor and Vanita Patton.
 
Relatives and friends are  invited to attend funeral services on Friday, May 6, 2011, at 11:00am, from the Wilde Funeral Home, Parkesburg with the Rev. Paul Jones officiating.  Internment at Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville.  Friends may call at the funeral on Friday from 9:00am until 11:00.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Cochranville Fire Company, 3135 Limestone Rd., Cochranville, PA, 19330.

Me and my husband are vesry sorry to hear such sad news. We understand how difficult it is to lose someone. Something that had help us is to know that God cares and give us comfort.
