Keith Travis Collis, 91, of Sinking Springs, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the Lutheran Home in Topton, PA.  He was the husband of Joyce B. Collis and was previously married to the late Ruth C. Collis.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the youngest child of the late Edwin Collis and Jean Donald Collis.
 
Keith proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. 
He was a self-employed antique dealer, and artisan honing his craft in Americana folk art including woodcarving and furniture building, painting, and gunsmithing of flintlock rifles, muskets and pistols.
 
He was a member of the Kentucky Long Rifle Association and the Contemporary Long Rifle Association.
 
Keith looked forward to spending time with his friends and family, and he especially loved being with his girls.  He shared his love of history and nature with them. 
He also shared his knowledge of Native American culture as they would hike and enjoy the 4 seasons outdoors.  Some friends called him “Sky King”, because he always commented on the beautiful skies and sunsets.
 
He is survived by his daughters Nancy Rohrbach of Sinking Springs, PA,
Patricia Collis of Lancaster, PA, and Carlie Lyons, wife of Gil of Lancaster, PA.  Three grandchildren also survive him: Brittany, Waverley, and Pierce Lyons.  He was preceded in death by daughter Lynn Collis and three brothers; Donald, Ashley, and Jim Collis.

A Celebration of Life Service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
