Debra M. Crothers, 63, of Modena, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Donald M. Crothers, Sr. and Mildred Wilmott Crothers. 

Debbie was an area resident all her life. She attended the Coatesville Area Senior High School. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at the Pocopson Home for many years. 

She is survived by one son Steven A. Crothers and wife Amy of Coatesville, five grandchildren; Dylan, Claire, Kina, Wyatt and Georgia, one brother; Donald M. Crothers, Jr. of Quarryville, PA and one brother-in-law Donald Dodds of Modena. She was preceded in death by a sister Linda Dodds and a nephew, David A. Crothers and niece Jessica Dodds.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

 I'm truly sorry to hear about your mother, Stevie.  Judy and Donnie, sorry to hear you lost another sister.   Losing someone we care about is never easy, and during these difficult times, words can offer a small measure of comfort.   Please accept my heartfelt condolences.  
She was a true star that shone so bright. We were lucky to have had her.

Dear family and friends,

I had the great opportunity of working with Debbie at Pocopson Home.. She was much loved by the residents and her co workers Many fond memories of her love for others. She had a big heart.So sorry for your loss.
