Louis, a long-time resident of Cochranville, was born in Phoenixville to Margaret (Petrillo) and Louis Marchegiano Sr. and had three brothers, Joseph (Gaggy), Thomas, and Edward whom he has now joined in heaven. Lou attended St Mary's Grade School, as well as Phoenixville High School.
