Virginia Lee Marshall, 65, of Parkesburg, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2020, at her home, with her family. She was the beloved wife of 38 years to her husband, Dennis Marshall.
Born in Norristown, Virginia was the daughter of the late Adeline (Bloomer) and Romeo Gingras.
She was a graduate of Methacton High School.
She had worked as an Administrative Assistant for Cigas Machine Shop of Coatesville. Also, she was a Store Manager for Fante’s of Exton and a Teachers Aide for South Brandywine Middle School of Coatesville.
Virginia had a green thumb and she thrived at gardening and landscaping. She also enjoyed interior decorating, antique shopping with her husband, and was an amazing cook. Virginia was a selfless person, always more concerned with others than herself, which led to her decision to adopt two sons from Korea and one daughter from Romania. She was a protector, caregiver, a good friend and the backbone of her family and friends. Virginia loved spending time with her family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by her three children: Rick, Mike and Maria; one grandchild: Richie; and two sisters Shirley Pitcher, Diana Dyer and a brother George Gingras. She was proceeded in death by her sister Adeline Shockley.
A Memorial Service for Virginia will be announced at a future date.
