Thomas W. Svanoe, 73, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at the Pembrooke Health and Rehab Center of West Chester. Born in Chicago, ILL.,  he was the son of the late William H. and Lorraine C. Crowley Svanoe.

Mr. Svanoe had earned a Masters Degree and was employed as a social worker in Wilmington, DE and later in New York City before moving to Parkesburg.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 1pm from the Upper Octorara Cemetery,1121 Octorara Trail, Parkesburg, PA.
