Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Raymond S. and Mildred Williams Moore Irons.  An area resident her entire life, she was a 1963 graduate of Scott High School.

Sandra was employed in Housekeeping at the Chester County Hospital from 1975 to 2009.

She is survived by two nephews and her close friends Ruth and Walter Bowman. She was preceded in death by her sister Elaine Pugh.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, with a viewing from 10 to 11:00 AM followed by interment in the Hopewell Methodist Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Wilde Funeral Home.
