Sally Ann Dowlin, 92, formerly of Coatesville, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Twin Pines Health Care Facility located in West Grove, Pennsylvania. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late James E. Whibley and Sara (White) Whibley. She was the wife of the late Harry Schnader who passed away in 1960 and was most recently married to the late William Dowlin who passed in 1984.

Sally was a 1948 graduate of Parkesburg Area High School and went on to serve as a switchboard operator at Bell Telephone.

An area resident all her life she was a member of the Bible Fellowship of Coatesville.

She is survived by two grandchildren: Christopher Ruscio and wife Berta of Texas, and Lauren Ruscio and husband Matt of Reinholds, Additionally, she is survived by four great-grandchildren: Isaac, Hannah, Briggs, and Miles.

She is preceded in death by her daughter: Sara Ann Ruscio and brother James A. Whibley.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Northwood Cemetery, 201 W Uwchlan Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335.
