Ruth Elaine Oman Peraria

Ruth Elaine Oman Peraria, 80, of Coatesville, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away at Newport Meadows on April 10, 2020.  She was the widow of the late Raymond S. Peraria who passed away in 1998.  Ruth was born in Philadelphia, was the daughter of the late Ereck Henry and Freda (Koehl) Oman.

Ruth graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Philadelphia in 1957.  She was a secretary and employed at Frankford Hospital Torresdale Division in Philadelphia.  She was actively involved with the churches she had attended, especially singing in church choirs. During the 1980's she was involved in the Home and School Association at Stephen Decatur Elementary School of Philadelphia and was a Cub Scout Den Mother for pack 377. Ruth was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be missed by all that knew her.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Raymond E, W, Peraria and wife, Danielle of Coatesville, PA,  Randy Peraria and wife Jess of Souderton, PA, three grandchildren, Eliana,  Micah, and Reagan, and a sister, June Walton of Marlton, NJ.

Due to the current restriction on public gatherings, services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
