Rosa L. Frame, 70, of Parkesburg died on Sunday November 22, 2009 at the Brandywine Hospital. Born in West Grove, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Callie Poe Eller.

An area resident her entire life, she was employed throughout the County in manufacturing.

She is survived by two sons; Donald and Michael Frame, three daughters; Theresa, wife of Timothy Chesnet, Brenda Frame and companion Michael Muldowney and Rose Marie Rowe; grandchildren and great grandchildren; four brothers, Ralph, William, Charles (Jr.) and John Eller and, two sisters, Elsie Blevins and Judy Gibson.

Respecting Rosa's wishes there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365.
