Robert C. "Gator" Wallace, 83, of Honey Brook, PA passed away at his home on Thursday, April 16, 2026. He was the husband of the late Kathryn Wright Wallace who died in 2019. They shared 57 years of marriage. Born in West Chester, PA he was the son of the late Fred W. Wallace and Elizabeth Deets Wallace.

He was a Coatesville area resident most of his life and a graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville. After graduation he was drafted into the US Army and served from 1959 to 1962. After being discharged, he went to work at the former Stump's Garage in Caln as a mechanic then went on to work at the former Lukens Steel Company retiring after 39 years of employment.

He is survived by three sons; David W. Wallace of Cleona, PA, Donald W. Wallace of Parkesburg, and Douglas W. Wallace (Marianne) of Honey Brook, two grandchildren; Ashley Seymour (Josh) of Parkesburg and Douglas Jr. of Honey Brook, one sister Cheryl Killinger(Jim) of Intercourse, PA, one brother Richard Deets of Pottstown, PA and several nephews and nieces. he was preceded in death by one sister Sandra Houck.

Interment services will be private at the Pequea Presbyterian Cemetery, Gap, PA.
