Ricky spent much of his career working as a mill worker at Lukens Steel in Coatesville, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. Beyond his professional life, Ricky was a man of many passions. He had a great sense of humor that brightened the days of everyone fortunate enough to know him. Ricky’s love for riding his motorcycle brought him a sense of freedom and joy, while his enthusiasm for baseball, especially the Philadelphia Phillies, reflected his deep-rooted local pride. He was also an avid collector of baseball cards, treasuring the memories and connections each card represented. Ricky’s appreciation for classic American culture was further shown through his fondness for old muscle cars, which he admired for their power and style.

Throughout his life, Ricky valued family deeply. He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Anna Kimes; He is survived by his beloved wife, Melody Kimes, who stood by his side with love and companionship.
