Reginald Francis Loper, 78 of Parkesburg, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 21st under the care of his son Marc,  and in the presence of family.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Evelyn Loper.

He is survived by his three sons, Tyrone Washington, Marc and Reginald Loper; 10 grandchildren; two siblings, Gay and Jeff Loper as well as a host of family and friends.

He will fondly be remembered for his determination to be a better person, love of martial arts, great sense of humor, and his smile.

A service will be announced at a future date.
