Paul Irwin Toaltoan, 69, of Parkesburg, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Brandywine Hospital.  He was the husband of JoAnne Riffey Williams.

Born in Coatesville, he was son of the late Catherine F. (Dickinson) and William Toaltoan.

Paul served honorably in the US Army during Vietnam.

He was employed for Amtrak as a Trackman and Driver.

He is survived by six children; Kevin and Jermaine Dickinson and their mother, Bobbi Dickinson, Nina Toaltoan, Robert Toaltoan, Angela Ortiga, Victoria Toaltoan and their mother Vicki Alston and his siblings, Ronald, husband of Mary, of Lancaster and Lionel, of Lancaster, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by Bill, Harold, Frank, Vernon and Michael Toaltoan, Betty London, Sandra Peterson, Joyce Craig Toaltoan and Sharon Brown Toaltoan.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11 PM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg with a viewing from 9 until 11 AM.
