Patricia H. Buchanan passed away peacefully at her residence on December 18, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on September 9, 1934, in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, Patricia was the daughter of Maris Edmund Hilton and Dorothy Beatrice Diem Hilton.

Patricia devoted her life to being a devoted homemaker, a role that was central to her identity and her family's happiness. She was married to James Chambers Buchanan for an impressive 67 years, forging a partnership that exemplified love and commitment. James, who predeceased her in 2021, served in the military, contributing to the values of duty and service that Patricia held dear throughout her life. She was a proud graduate of Scott High School in Coatesville, where she completed her education in 1952.

Patricia is survived by her cherished daughter, Lori A. Buchanan, who carries forward her mother's legacy of care and family devotion. She was the loving sister of Bertha Hilton, Linda Hilton, and Edgar Hilton, all of whom have predeceased her. Patricia H. Buchanan’s legacy lives on through those she loved and nurtured, leaving a profound impact on their lives and hearts.

The family has chosen to hold private services to honor Patricia’s memory. She will be remembered for her unwavering support, love for her family, and her remarkable ability to create a warm and welcoming home.
