Olive M. Parker

Olive M. Parker, 99, of Honey Brook, formerly of Coatesville, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at the Hickory House Nursing Home. She was the widow of the late Harry A. Parker who died in 1996. Born in Sheltonham, PA, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin C. and Virginia Wood Needham.

Olive was an area resident most of her life. She was a member of the former Coatesville Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a brother Ira B. Needham and wife Jean of Coatesville one sister Mary Henry also of Coatesville and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by six siblings; Margaret Davis, Mildred Cumens, Lillian R. Simmons, George, Carlton and Theodore Needham.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 2:30pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg followed by interment at Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery in East Fallowfield, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
