Nancy Lee Woods of Downingtown, PA, passed away on May 5, 2026 at the age of 87. Born July 9, 1938 in West Chester, PA to Ezette Jones and Virginia (Rehm) Jones, Nancy was a graduate of Unionville High School and Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. Nancy built a successful career as a real estate broker, dedicating many years to helping others find not just houses, but homes. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nancy lived life with enthusiasm and heart. She had a passion for travel and dance, and expressed herself through ceramics, painting, crocheting, and all things crafty.

Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband of 36 years, Charles (Marty) Woods. She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Woods and Suzanne Cassidy (Stephen); her grandchildren, Renee Racek (Jeff Dunlap), William Racek, Alexandria Irey (Conor Johnston), and Olivia Chambers; her great-grandchildren, Arthur Dunlap and Andrew Dunlap; sisters Sandra Fair (Charles) and Jacqueline Meshurle, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Patricia Schocie, Victoria Force, and brother Michael Jones.

Nancy will be remembered for her kindness, her lively spirit, and the joy she brought to every room she entered. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Interment will be private at Longwood Cemetery.
