Mildred J. Hess

Mildred J. Hess, 72, of Parkesburg, died on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at her home. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Pearl Romig Gay. Mildred lived in the area all her life and was employed by Penquin Industries.

She is survived by five children; Norman F. Hess, Jr. of Coatesville, Bryon A. Hess of Bobtown, PA, Angela Wright of Hyndman, PA, Cheri Berkheimer of Coatesville and David Hess of Gap, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, five sisters and four brothers. She was preceded in death by two siblings.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 12:30 pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg followed by interment at the Upper Octorara Cemetery. Visitation from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
