Mark S. Groff, a beloved member of the West Chester community, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at West Chester Rehab in West Chester, PA. Born on April 3, 1968, Mark dedicated his life to kindness and service, always lending a helping hand wherever he could.
A 1987 graduate of CASH , Mark worked at Harvey's garage and was known not only for his welcoming nature but also for his genuine compassion toward those around him. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know him.
Mark is lovingly remembered by his sister, Crystal Killian, who stood by him through all the chapters of his life. His enduring friendships with Uncle Dave Bernard and his wife Roberta, Delores (Dee) Donato, Greg Esworthy, Toby Adams, along with many cousins and dear friends, were a testament to the breadth and depth of the relationships he cultivated over the years. Mark loved the Phillies and Nascar races. Mark was preceded in death by his grandfather Raymond Bernard 1993, who we know Mark was happy to be reunited with.
