Linda S. Wike

Linda S. Wike, 75, of West Brandywine, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025 at the University of Penn Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Born in West Chester at the Chester County Hospital, she was the daughter of the late John A. Young and Eleanor S. Tapper Young.

Linda was an area resident all her life and a 1968 graduate of the Coatesville Area Senior High School. After high school, she continued her education receiving an Associates Degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

She was employed most of her life as a preschool teacher.

She is survived by two children; J. Michael Archer of Coatesville, and Aimee L. Archer of West Brandywine, five grandchildren and one sister Donna Young of East Brandywine.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation beginning at 2:00 PM.
