LeRoy Glatts, 79, of Atglen, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2009 at the Harrison Senior Living Center of Christiana. Born in Parkesburg, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Glatts.

An area resident his entire life, he retired from the Lukens Steel Co. in 1992. He was a member of the American Legion Benner Shoff Post 865 of Christiana and the VFW Post 7418, P. J. Bair of Gap.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Oxford Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing, which will be held at the Funeral Home from 10 until 11 AM.
