Kenneth J. Stoltzfus, 37, of Gap, died on Monday, September 16, 2013, at Lancaster General Hospital as a result of an auto accident. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Paul David Stoltzfus, III of Gap, and Linda K. Powell Warden of Cochranville and stepson to Robert T. Warden.
Ken was an area resident all of his life and a 1994 graduate of the Pequea Valley High School. He was employed by Elkwood Construction of New Holland.
Ken enjoyed motorcycles, woodworking, fishing, and hockey, but most of all, he was a devoted father to Sammy and Noah and loving stepfather to Dylan Pletcher.
He is survived, in addition to his parents and children, by one brother, Michael D. Stoltzfus of Paradise, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013, at 1pm from the Parkesburg United Methodist Church, 411 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 11am to 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
