Ken proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. He was self employed as a TV repairman. He was a member of the Parkesburg United Methodist Church and the Coatesville VFW.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by three children; Kenneth R. Godschall, Jr., husband of Karen, of Thorndale, Thomas Godschall, husband of Phyllis, of TN and Carol Hixson of FL, five grandchildren; Dawn Caldwell, Brenda Freeman, Debra Slauenwhite, Kenneth Michael Godschall and William Godschall, one step daughter; Frances Dreher of FL and two step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 11:00 am from the Parkesburg United Methodist Church, 411 Main St., Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by interment at the Philadelphia Memorial Park. Visitation at the church from 10 to 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Parkesburg United Methodist Church at the above address.
