Joseph G. Charsha, 64, of Christiana, PA died on Thursday, October 16, 2014 while under the care of Lancaster County Hospice in Mt. Joy. He was the husband of the late Bonnie Ann Sherman Charsha who died in 2011. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of the late Joseph O. and Luella P. Tibbs Charsha.

Joe was a skilled mechanic and was employed at Westminister Apartments in Parkesburg.

He is survived by four daughters, Lynette Ann, wife of Allen T. Shimko of Lancaster, Vanessa Ann, wife of Michael W. Lambert of Sadsburyville, Nicole Ann Charsha of Christiana and Tina A. Dawson of Havre de Grace, MD, six grandchildren, Kearstin, Kaitlyn, Dakota, Morgan,Ethan and Dylan, three great grandchildren and two siblings; Diane Suhobrus of Christiana and Gettis Charsha of Perryville, MD.

Funeral services will be held on Monday evening, October 20, 2014 at 8:00 pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with a viewing and visitation from 6 to 8:00 pm.
