John C. Pechin

John C. Pechin, 78, of East Fallowfield, PA passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Joyce Sammons Pechin with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, PA he was the son of the late Warren C. Peachin Sr. and Carolyn Cisarik Pechin.

John was an area resident all his life and a 1966 graduate of the former Scott High School in Coatesville, PA. After High School he enlisted in the US Army and proudly served in Vietnam War from 1967 to 1969.

He was employed by the Lukens Steel Company for 35 years.

John was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Coatesville.

The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at the Coatesville VA Hospital for the wonderful care and support they provided.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by many cousins, nephews, nieces and several life long friends.

Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
