John K. Brubaker, III, 48, of Philadelphia, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Wednesday, September 10, 2014.

Born in West Reading, he was the beloved son of Elaine S. (Strause) and John K. Brubaker, Jr. of Lititz.

John was a 1983 graduate of Warwick High School.  He was self-employed as an Electrician.

He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his brother Mark E. Brubaker of Coatesville, his aunt; Lynne E. Brubaker of Coatesville and maternal grandfather Elmer S. Strause of Tennessee, formerly of the Reading area.

Graveside services will be private.
