Obituary

 John J. Cogan, 89, of Atglen, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2011, at the Brandywine Hospital.  He was the widower of the late Loretta L. Cogan.  Born in Malvern he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Cogan. 


He was a retired gager at J. Bishop Tube Manufacturing in Malvern and was an avid golfer.

He is survived by two sons, Terry L. Cogan  and Ronald A. Cogan, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at 11:00am, at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 2nd & Chestnut St., Parkesburg, PA.  Internment at ST. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester.  Friends may call on Thursday at the church from 10:00 until 11:00am.
