Jane Louise Starr, 70, of Elkton, MD, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.  Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Rudolph Sr. and Margaret L. (Botkin) Winchester.

She is survived by a son, Christopher Lucas of Florida, two grandchildren, her ex-husband, Don Lucas of Florida, and her siblings, Patricia Gilbert of Parkesburg, PA, Randolph Winchester Sr. of Parkesburg, Deborah Habecker of Coatesville, PA, and Timothy Winchester of Morgantown, PA.

She was preceded in death by her children, Donnie Ray Lucas and Sheila Bender, and her siblings, Norma Tripplett and Rudolph Winchester Jr.

A graveside service will be on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery, 2237 Strasburg Road, East Fallowfield, PA.  Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg. Online condolences can be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com
