Howard A. Hilton, Sr., 67, of Coatesville, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Bonnie J. Heath Hilton with whom he shared 46 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, he was the son Robert Hilton and the late Doris E. Taylor Markel and stepson to the late James Markel.

Howard was an area resident all his life. He was employed as a truck driver for Fizzano Brothers, Inc. of Exton. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and he was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family whom he loved.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by three children; Howard A. Hilton, Jr. and wife Denise of Coatesville, Michael Hilton and wife Sheila of Grandville Summit, PA and David Hilton and wife Mindy of Coatesville, seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and four siblings; Ronald Hilton of Cochranville, Wayne Markel of Downingtown, Darlene Markel of Coatesville and Dawn Markel of W. VA.

At Howard's wish, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
