Obituary

Henrietta R. McCrery, 76, of Gordonville, passed away on Monday, January 16th at the Conestoga View in Lancaster.  She was the beloved husband of William McCrery with whom she shared 53 years of marriage.


Born in Sandy Hill, W. Caln Twp., she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Henrietta Dague Trego.  She was a 1952 graduate of Scott High School.

Henrietta was employed by Pepperidge Farm of Downingtown for 36 years in the Cookie Line, retiring in 2000.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by two children: Todd W. McCrery, husband of Stephanie, of Lancaster and Joann Trebe, wife of Henry, of Lancaster; four grandchildren and two siblings, Margaret Curry and John Trego, both of Coatesville.

She was predeceased by her son, Ralph Trego, her granddaughter, Olivia Nicole McCrery, and her siblings, Cooper, Samuel, Clarence, Bill, Horace, Jim, Wallace, Helen, Mildred, Naomi, Ann and Edith.

The service will be private.
