Hallie F. Kouba, 81, of East Fallowfield, died on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Brandywine Hall in West Chester, PA. Born in Bacton Hill, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jewel and Hallie F. Kuntz Kouba.

Hallie was employed by Acme Markets and she also worked at the Chester County Hospital in the admissions department. She was a County resident all her life.

She is survived by cousins; and her nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her sisters Marian Kouba and Audrey Townsley.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October, 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA with the Rev. Mark E. Beideman officiating.
