Edwina "Winnie" Arnsberger

Edwina “Winnie” Arnsberger, 76, of Strasburg, PA, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of James C. Arnsberger, Sr., with whom she shared 57 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Ralph H. Levenite, Sr. and Emily Marie Shank Levenite.

Winnie was an area resident all her life and a 1967 graduate of Octorara Area High School. She was employed for many years by Pepperidge Farms in Downingtown as a production worker.

Family was the heart of Winnie’s life. She cherished the time she spent with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. Her family was her greatest joy, and the love, warmth, and memories she created with them will remain a lasting part of their lives.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by two children; James C. Arnsberger, Jr. and wife Leah of Parkesburg and Gina Lisinski and husband Seth of Kirkwood, PA, seven grandchildren; Lauren and husband Bo, Brandon and wife Alexis, Haley and husband Ethan, Isabella, Adam, Anna, and Ava, five great-grandchildren; Alexandria, Addison, Brooks, Juliana and Peyton, and four siblings; Skip Levenite, Beverly Farra, Linda Glauner, and Bonnie Phillips.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA, with visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
