Edward G. Daniels, Sr., 87, of East Fallowfield, passed away suddenly at his home, where he lived with his son.  He was the widow of the late Geraldine E. "Gerry" Daniels with whom he shared 63 years of marriage.

Born in Kennett Square, he was the son of the late Michael Daniels and Mary (Ruoss) Daniels Davenport.

Edward worked as a Crane Operator for Lukens Steel for 39 years.

He was a life member of West End Fire Co. and Atglen Sportsmen Club.

He loved to read newspapers and magazines and watch old Westerns; and enjoyed hunting in Bradford County and spending time in his winter home in Bradenton, FL.

He is survived by his two children: Edward G. Daniels, Jr. of East Fallowfield and Pamela J. Martin, wife of Thomas, of Coatesville.

He was a devoted husband and loving father.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg followed by interment in the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery.  Viewing will be from 10 until 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edward's memory to the Hephzibah Baptist Church, 2237 Strasburg Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320 or to the charity of your choice.
