Dr. Robert N. Grenda, 78, of Honey Brook, died at his home on Thursday, December 25, 2014.
He was the husband of Shirley Abel Grenda with whom he shared 44 years of marriage.
Born in Toronto, Canada, he was the son of the late Wallace and Stella Lansing Grenda.

He received a Doctorates Degree in 1962 from the University of Toronto and was involved in the early days of Space exploration and had authored numerous publications on upper atmospheric physics.  He was retired from General Electric in King of Prussia where he was employed by the missile and space vehicle department as a research physicist. 

 Bob was a resident of Honey Brook for 30 years.   

Bob enjoyed gardening, history and he was an avid Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Eagles fan.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by a sister Leona Torrance of Streetsville, Canada and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
