Chrystyna Marie Houck

With heavy hearts, we share that Chrystyna “Chrys” Houck, 51, of Honey Brook, passed away suddenly at her home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. She was the daughter of Norman Moody and the late Doris Moody, and the daughter of the late Steve Moody.

She is survived by her husband, Todd Houck, her children, Kendal Henry (Ryan), Steven Warren Jr., and Cameron Warren (Becky), her father, Norman, her brother, Tim Moody, several half siblings, and her parents-in-law, Ted and Evelyn Houck. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris, and her biological father, Steve.

Chrys was known for her feisty and stubborn nature, but also for being deeply loving, caring, and protective of those she held dear. She loved fishing, spending time with family and friends, and working at the American Legion in Honey Brook.

A Celebration of Life Service is being planned and will be announced here when completed. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Legion Post 422, 4820 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, PA 19344.
