Charles Kevin Dorsey

Charles Kevin Dorsey, born on July 31, 1962, in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 2, 2025, in Denver, Colorado. He was an individual well-loved for his kindness and welcoming, attributes thatared him to many. Charles had an innate ability to make others feel at ease, and his great sense of humor brought joy to those around him.

His legacy will be honored through a Viewing on February 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, both taking place at Wilde Funeral Home located at 434 Main Street, Parkesburg, PA.

Charles is survived by his loving family and friends, including Sister Reverend Beatrice husband Spencer Nichols, of Parkesburg, Priscilla Dorsey, of Atglen, Brother Benjamin Dorsey of Columbia PA. Children whom he loved in his own special way Christyn Rhodes ( Joseph), Charles L.Dorsey, Chelsea Dorsey of Denver Co. Joseph, Briana, Ariana, Charles Israel, Jada, Christopher, Bryan. Nieces Jacqué Dorsey, Allison Norman, Jessica Norman, Shonna Nichols, Latoya Nichols, Nephew Samuel Norman, Benjamin Dorsey. Ex- wife and longtime friend Shonna Perrymond.  Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. Their lives have been enriched by the time they shared with him, and they continue to carry his memory in their hearts.

As we reflect on his life, we remember Charles not only for the moments shared but for the warmth and laughter he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed. 

He was proceeded in death by Grand parents Wilbur and Matilda Brown, Charles Dorsey and Reverend Mary Dorsey, Nephew Lamar Boyer. Best friend Larry Hammond
