Obituary

Carol Mae Spencer, 72, of Cochranville, passed away on Tuesday, December 25th, 2012 at the Pocopson Home.  She was the wife of Marvin Spencer, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage.


Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Tobias and Ethel Wanner.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by her daughter, Veronica Spencer of Northeast, MD, and Shannon Giroso, wife of Vincent, of Oxford; seven grandchildren and siblings, Fonda Brackeen, Betty Roberts, Ernie and Tommy Wanner and Toby Wanner.

The Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, December 29th, 2012 at 2 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA.  Visitation from 1 until 2 PM.
